Was it the wacky neighbor who claims to be a cop and enjoys burping as people walk past his window?
Was it the apartment manager who refers chumily to "Rummy" when the rest of us say "That insane bastard Donald Rumsfeld who used to be buddies with Saddam"?
If war is the answer, I say she should hide around the corner and watch her car, then when she finds out who it was, spray paint peace signs all over their vehicle. Because if war is the answer, it's all about the triumph of the most psychotic.
