How nice to read today's news and find that at last, Trent Lott has resigned. About time, though it would have been fun to see them kick him out for revealing that yes, as we all knew anyway, the Republican party is at its heart still racist as hell. Shrub, however, tells us that Iraq is not serious about disarmament, declaring a "disappointing day for those who long for peace." Like he'd know. Hey Dubya, how about getting rid of some of our thousands of nuclear weapons? How about not threatening war on anyone we don't like? How about not setting up dictators in the first place? Putz.
