I have a cold.A friend is trying to recommend Alka Seltzer cold and flu remedy to me, but after a discussion about its relative sweetness and general flavor, I have decided upon sticking with what I've got.
In the past I went through colds using only natural remedies except at night, where I like to be able to breathe in order to sleep.
But I don't have the energy for it right now.
Anyway.
Requires too much making teas, and too much unnecessary suffering.
